Holly Morreels, MS
Owner, Leadership Consultant

Holly earned a Bachelor’s degree from Juniata College and a Master’s from Johns Hopkins University. Her work experience includes over 25 years of management and supervisory experience in for profit, non-profit, higher education, and healthcare organizations. Holly has provided consultation and training to numerous organizations on a wide variety of challenging or sensitive employee relations issues, including: workplace harassment, drug and alcohol use in the workplace, mental health issues, sexual and domestic violence and related safety concerns, hate crimes, employee accountability, egregious employee behavior, difficult terminations, employee burnout and compassion fatigue, and more. In addition, Holly has responded to over 100 workplace Critical Incidents, providing crucial emotional support as well practical guidance to business leaders and employees facing a wide variety of organizational crises. 

Holly also has years of experience providing similar services to schools and colleges, and as an EAP Coordinator she helped plan and implement an annual School Crisis Management conference for local school districts. More recently, in her role as a college Title IX Coordinator, Holly gained additional expertise in helping educational institutions navigate the numerous challenges involved in addressing issues under Title IX and Title VII.

Although Holly brings clarity of purpose to all her client interactions, she is also flexible and pragmatic. In addition, Holly does not subscribe to a one-size-fits-all approach to consulting.
